Download and extract using WinRAR.
UseNERO to burn the ISO image called "faXcooL.Windows.7.Ultimate.ENG.x86×64.ACTiVATED"
Burning speed should not be faster than 4x. Otherwise, it mightnot work.
Restart your computer.
Make sure you’ve seleceted your DVDROM/RW drive as a first boot device
* Enter the BIOS pressing the DEL button, set the option,insert your Windows 7 installation
and restart computer.
The black screen will appear (image 01).
Press any key to boot from CD or DVD…. (by pressing the key you’reentering the setup)
Select your language, time and currency and keyboard input (optionaly)
Click install now
Choose your edition (x86 is 32bit, x64 is 64bit)depending of CPU type you have.
*Choose x64 if you have 64bit processor.
Click "I accept".
Click "Custom (advanced).
Choose yourpartition/hdd drive where Win7 should be installed and click format.
*You might get some error if you have two or more hard disks with different connectors (ATA
andSATA).
If you get an error, turn off one of your hard disks and repeat the whole proces.
After formatting, setup will continue automaticly and it will finish after 1530min.
Next step would be username (Image 17).
Type your password (if you want).
When you get the screen for CDKEY just ignore it leaving blank.
*Uncheck the box forautomaticly activation and click next.
Choose the third option for next step.
Select your time zone.
Select your current location (Home is recommended).
The blackCMD windows will appear. Wait a few seconds until computers restares once again.
And that would be all about installation. You’re in Windows now.
*Activation*
It’s notrequired, because it’s OEM. Windows will be premanently activated.
However, it’s well known that there is some problems with DELL and HP machines.
So if you have issueswith preactivation you’ll be forced to some activator to activate
Windows 7.
Nothing has been removed from the original ISO files. It’s
completely untouched. The onlything that I modifyed is setup so that you can choose which
version you like to install, whether it be 32bit or 64 bit.

This activator works with all versions.
Tested and working on both x86 and x64.
Works in Virtual Environment.
Works with dualboot
No key is needed for install or activation.
The activation adds the OEMmaster key for you.
"OEM" Brand is left up to enduser.
No BIOS modification needed.
It has no text during boot. (Vista activators had this)

Emulate a SLIC 2.1 enabled BIOS on a PC without SLIC 2.1 present…

Installation Tips

It is recommended to do a clean install of Windows 7 but not necessary as it has tested to work with upgrades as well.
You must removeall modifications made by previous 7Loaders and Orbit30 Win7 Tool Kit (1.8 toolkit was for preRTM).
Disable "UAC" to be safe.
1. Run the ‘7Loader’ onyour Windows Partition
2. Select your desired "OEM" Brand
3. Wait for the popup to appear
4. Click "Install 7Loader"
5. Wait for thepopup to appear
6. Press "OK" and PC will reboot once complete
Special Notations

If you have a modded BIOS, instead of clicking "Install7Loader".. you can just use the "SLIC 2.1 in BIOS" to install the certificate & key to activate without having to use theloader.
Other Notes

This activator has been put to the test by me & friends!
Tested on clean installs.
Tested on upgrades.
Tested on all versions.
Testedon both x86 / x64 Systems.
Passed with flying colors !
